  • I offer sessions in German, English and French.

  • Each session has 3 parts.

    • An opening where we spend time framing your wishes for the session.

    • A hands-on part where I provide a bodywork treatment .

    • A closing where we integrate any learning from the session.

While the structure does not in principle change, the hands-on part may vary based on your specific needs on a given day. I may also provide you with tools to use outside of our sessions.

  • Come as you are. No preparation is needed.

You can bring themes and/or topics to focus on but you are also welcome to come without an agenda.

After the session, it makes sense to plan a small time buffer to readjust, especially if you plan on cycling or driving.

  • Somatic bodywork offers tools to reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom.

Through touch, the body opens up as you are able to access parts of you which may otherwise be out of reach.

Some benefits include deep relaxation, increased energy levels and releasing of old patterns. Your body knows best and any outcome offers depth to your process.

Over time, working with the body may alleviate stress, anxiety and other limiting states. You learn to self-regulate and this brings you closer in alignment with yourself and the people that surround you.

  • Yes, absolutely!

You do not have to feel like something is wrong nor have a particular need in order to do bodywork. In fact, bodywork can be very beneficial during good life phases as you explore what makes you feel good on a deeper level. It can help reinforce your sense of wellbeing.

  • Yes.

Integrating small practices in every day life to fully extend the benefits of our work together can be beneficial. Hence I am happy to share tools and resources with you.

What I do not offer is life advice or personal opinions. You are the expert of your life. I am here as support.

  • Yes.

You can book an individual session as and when you have the wish to come.

If we continue to work together, it may become more advantageous to book a 5 or 10 sessions package. I am happy to discuss this once it becomes relevant to you.

  • All appointments can be canceled up to 48h in advance or can be rescheduled up to 24h in advance.

The full amount will be charged if any change occurs within 24h of the appointment.

In rare cases (illness, or while I attend a birth), I may need to reschedule an appointment with you.

  • I strongly feel that bodywork and birth work should be accessible to all.

I hence reserve a certain amount of sessions monthly for people who cannot afford to pay the full price. If this is your case, get in touch with me.

  • Both massages and somatic bodywork offer benefits in terms of improved health and wellbeing. In both practices, we work primarily with the body.

However somatic bodywork incorporates additional methods and techniques to work on specific themes, including cognitive and emotional ones. The connection between body, mind and emotions is central to somatic bodywork practices.

  • I aim to not have more than 2 pregnant persons expecting to give birth in one given month.

I do this to ensure that I can be present for the birth and that I can provide a high quality of care throughout the pregnancy and postpartum phase.

  • There is one main difference between a midwife and a doula.

Midwives provide medical care for you during pregnancy, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. Doulas provide you and your family with non-medical emotional, informational, and physical support during pregnancy, birth and the immediate postpartum period.

Midwives and doulas work hand in hand as their roles complement each other.

  • Absolutely.

Whether you choose to give birth at home, at a birthing center or at hospital, I am happy to offer my care and ensure that your voice is heard and your wishes are respected in the process.
